• Courses are offered at private English colleges and University English colleges and may be recognised by further education institutes, classes are usually offered in 10 weeks, 20 weeks or 30 weeks block

• Pathway English program offered within English-speaking University

• Courses are offered only offered with University English colleges and study period are in blocks of 10 weeks to 20 weeks

English for Specific Purposes (ESP)

• Focusing on practical English for specific course areas such as business, aviation or tourism

Examination Preparation (IELTS Preparation / Cambridge English)

• Preparing you for English language proficiency examinations

• Exam format usually includes testing of 4 different areas including Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking

Certificate (I – IV) of Spoken and Written English

​

• Provide a general education framework for learners to develop English language and literacy skills to have the ability to speak and write maintain participation in the general community.

English for Teaching

• These courses include TESOL and CELTA (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, EfTC (English for Teaching Children)
