Blue Education -
Your Gateway to Studying in Australia

With over 20 years of experience and engagement across 140 countries, Blue Education has been a trusted guide for international students, helping them navigate pathways to university and transition into work employment in their chosen careers. Now, our reach has expanded—through official recognition by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA), under the WA Department of Education—allowing us to provide direct support to overseas schools and students seeking to study in Australia.

What this means for international students?

Through our SCSA accreditation, students overseas can now complete the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) program without needing to relocate immediately. The WACE qualification is recognized by universities worldwide, offering students global mobility and academic opportunities.

For those considering Western Australia, there is an added bonus—the WA State Government is offering a AUD 20,000 bursary for international students who complete the WACE program overseas and then enrol in one of WA’s leading universities, including:

  • The University of Western Australia (UWA)

  • Curtin University

  • Murdoch University

  • Edith Cowan University (ECU)

  • The University of Notre Dame Australia

International Matriculation Programme

Since 1987, the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the SCSA) has licensed international schools to deliver its curriculum programs. The Western Australian Matriculation Program International (WAM International) is an internationally recognised pre‑university program.

The Western Australia Matriculation or more commonly known as WAM International, is a pre-university program that is recognised around the world and creates pathways to a wide range of study and career opportunities. The one-year WAM International is equivalent to Year 12 of the WACE International. Students who complete all WAM International requirements can achieve WACE certification. Given the one-year duration of this program, the WACE breadth and depth and achievement standards are modified accordingly.

  • Internationally recognised one-year program.

  • Prepares students for university entry.

  • Successful students will receive the WACE and the Western Australian Statement of Student Achievement (WASSA), issued by the SCSA on behalf of the Government of Western Australia.
