Administration I Client Support

An Australian outsourcing company in the areas of compliance and financial management for public and private companies is looking for an enthusiastic and diligent individual with experience in bookkeeping and office administration. The role requires the candidate to participate in a traineeship programme whereby the candidate is trained by a Registered Training Organisation and will receive on-the-job training by the employer in the areas related to the skills required to carry out the job responsibilities. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with Boards and Executive Management Teams of ASX listed companies.

Job scope requires the candidate to:

  • Maintain business files and other corporate documentation.

  • Liaising with clients or service delivery requirements.

  • Sorting through mail and other forms of correspondences.

  • Bookkeeping and basic accounting transactions.

  • Participate training programme to close identified skills gap.

Kitchen Staff/ Cook

Kitchen staff is required to organise the kitchen and streamline the cooking, meal preparation and presentation.  The staff would also need to organise the storeroom and stock levels. The kitchen staff will work closely with the Manager to plan and organise daily routines.

The internship position is for for 3 months, part-time, starting from 15 July 2021.  

The intern will be trained to perform the following tasks:

- curate and/or create content to promote the schools' programmes on social media. 

- edit/update marketing material using existing templates for both digital and printed materials.

- filing, documentation review, recording and general office administration.

You are required to carry out manicures, pedicures, and various nail treatments.

Reception I General Administration

Host Employers around Perth City are looking for suitable candidates who can man the front desk and phonelines as well as implement COVID-19 safety measures such as taking temperature and ensuring contact registers are filled.

The internship position is for for 3 months, part-time, starting from 15 July 2021.  

The intern will be trained to perform the following tasks:

- simple data entry transactions.

- management and update of client profiles and records.

- setup meetings, organise functions and events. 

- look after general area of the work premises, including the store, pantry, resources and facilities of the workplace.

International students with a fairly good command in English are encouraged to apply. The internship programme helps candidates to improve on their communication skills and facilitates the process of transitioning into the real workplace.  Interns will have the opportunity to enhance their computer skills and other good business/ work etiquettes.

A local Finance / Mortgage Brokerage House is looking for a part-time employee to join the team in Canningvale.  The candidate is required to perform the following tasks:

  • Research and gather information on market conditions, product information and current trends on client requirements.

  • Assist to prepare weekly reports for team meetings.

  • Work closely with the finance brokers to manage documentation and lodge relevant applications with respective banks.

  • Follow up on current leads and deals in process with clients to ensure quality and consistent customer service delivery.

  • Ensure completeness of internal processes and compliance with relevant authorities and stakeholders' requirements.

  • Maintain good housekeeping and upkeep of the office.

Commercial kitchen experience  is also needed.  The candidate is expected to:

  • Prepare meals and adhere to established recipes.  

  • Prepare ingredients.

  • Cook, clean and assist the chef in the daily tasks. 

  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with relevant regulations at all times.

This role is full-time. Graduates on the Graduate Work Visa sub-class 485 is encouraged to apply.  Those seeking an employer sponsored visa sub-class 482 can also apply.

 

The candidate should be able to communicate in English.  Understanding of the culture, language and Vietnamese cuisine is an advantage.

  • Take and serve food/drinks orders.

  • Coordinate and arrange table settings.
